The World Book and Copyright Day
The World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated by UNESCO (The United Nations Educational Cultural Organisation) on an International scale. It is a worldwide celebration of readers, authors, and books . Each year children from different cultural backgrounds, countries, come together for world book day celebration. The idea of event organization appears in Cathalonia. 23 April is celebrated in Cathalonia as a Day of St. George's. In this day, according to tradition women are given red rose. Then, the women gifted men books. 🌹🎁📚 The aim od this event is promoting the reading and expanding the knowledge about copyright. First convention of copyright designed in 1886.
